As a leading force in restorative and relationship-based practice globally, our team of innovative practitioners, coaches, and leaders work across diverse sectors, from schools and multi academy trusts to community services and government bodies.

Our ambition is to create the conditions for highly connected relational organisations that work with people, rather than doing things to or for them.

Meet the Team

Mark Finnis

Director

I am the Founder of L30 Relational Systems, leading whole-system relational and restorative transformation across local authorities, MATs and national partnerships.

For over 25 years, I have supported children’s services, education, schools and multi-agency systems to design cultures rooted in belonging, accountability and high challenge with high support.

My work focuses on implementation at scale — aligning leadership, strategy and frontline practice so relationships become the intervention. From workforce capability building to system alignment and strategic consultancy, I help organisations move from policy intent to lived relational culture.
